Three fashion companies will open flagship offices at 177 Lafayette St. in Manhattan, an Eretz Group property where WeWork was founded

Fashion Tenants Lease Offices in Building Where WeWork Was Born

A trio of tech-forward fashion companies will open flagship offices at Eretz Group’s 177 Lafayette St., which was renovated by Eretz Group following the departure of WeWork, which was born in a corner office of the building back in 2010.

New Zealand-based menswear brand Rodd & Gunn has leased 4,386 square feet for seven years as it looks to reignite a US store expansion; La Ligne, the fashion brand launched by Vogue alumni, also took 4,386 square feet in a five-year deal; and NOWwith, the home shopping platform that blends celebrity endorsements with product recommendations, also took 4,386 square feet.

Eretz Group was represented by JLL vice chairman Paul Glickman, managing director Benjamin Bass, VPs Kip Orban and Kristen Morgan, and associate Thomas Swartz. Rodd & Gunn was represented by Savills’ Jordan Weiss; La Ligne by Runyon Group’s Isabel Solmonson,; and NOWwith by Hiro Nishida of Platinum Properties.
