Fashion Brand MORGANE LE FAY Relocates to 630 Ninth Ave

Luxury women’s fashion brand MORGANE LE FAY has signed a new lease for 4,422 square feet on the 14th floor of 630 Ninth Ave., also known as The Film Center Building, in Midtown West. 

Founded in 1983 by Liliana Casabal, MORGANE LE FAY exclusively manufactures its products in New York and California. The new location will serve as a design studio and house the company’s general and executive offices. The space was previously occupied by Welz.  

The building, built in 1929 by architect Ely Khan, is a 13-story office building with over 275,000 square feet. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord in-house; Joshua Berger of Norman Bobrow & Co. represented the tenant.
