Beauty brand Glossier will move into new offices occupying the entire 10th floor of the East tower of One SoHo Square, on the border of SoHo and Hudson Square.

“The addition of Glossier to One SoHo Square further validates our adaptive reuse model,” said Ryan S. Jackson of developer Stellar Management. The property combines the 15-story building at 161 Sixth Ave., built in 1904, with the 13-story building next door. A shared glass lobby and modern central core links the buildings.

Glossier grew from “Into The Gloss,” a beauty blog created in 2010 that now sells its own products. “Glossier is the type of tenant that adds a certain cachet to a building and inspires other similar brands to follow,” said NGKF’s Brian Waterman, who represented the building.
