Faropoint Ventures Acquires Two Metro Atlanta Industrial Facilities

International commercial real estate investment firm Faropoint Ventures has acquired two industrial properties in metro Atlanta for an undisclosed price.

The properties, which total more than 100,000 square feet, are located at 3075 Jonquil Dr. in Smyrna, and 4080 Shirley Dr. SW along the Fulton Industrial District corridor. Faropoint’s Atlanta metro portfolio now includes more than one million square feet of industrial holdings.

John Gosnell, Ryan Blackburn, Reid Hanner and Jordan Camp of Foundry Commercial represented Faropoint in the acquisition. Jared Young of Cecil & Campbell Advisors represented the seller, Fightingtown Companies, in the transaction.
