Farm Haus to Provide a Lock-and-Go Lifestyle

Farm Haus is AHV Communities’ first in a series of infill communities to be introduced this year. The offering will further address the shortage of quality rental housing in key markets.

The 142-unit duplex rental community in San Antonio’s Northwest submarket is under construction and will begin pre-leasing in April. Farm Haus will provide a lock-and-go lifestyle to renters in one of the country’s fastest growing cities.

“San Antonio is undoubtedly one of the country’s up and coming locations for Millennials, Boomers and everyone in between,” said Mark Wolf, founder and CEO of AHV Communities, which recently moved its headquarters to San Antonio. “With both the population and employment surging, there’s a real need here for rentals that offer a luxe lifestyle experience. That’s what we aim to deliver with our new designed duplex units at Farm Haus.”

Designed by KTGY, the Farm Haus community includes a mix of floor plans ranging from 1,134 to 1,645 square feet, all with two-car garage access.

Farm Haus is located at 8150 W. Hausman Rd., adjacent to Loop 1604, less than four miles west of Interstate 10.
