Farinon Business Park Welcomes EY as Tenant

Ernst & Young LLP (EY) leased 54,000 square feet of office space in San Antonio’s Farinon Business Park. The professional services firm will occupy the second floor of Farinon’s Building II, a two-story, Class A office building, which is currently under construction. R.L. Worth & Associates is the business park developer and landlord.

EY currently employs approximately 200 in San Antonio. The new space near Interstate 10 and De Zavala Road will boost the local workforce by up to three times the current number when it is completed. Building II will serve as EY’s new client services delivery center.

Upon buildout, Farinon Business Park will be a three-building office complex in San Antonio’s northwest submarket. Situated on 21 acres in the University Business Park planned business community, the park is near the South Texas Medical Center, as well as close to restaurants, retail, hotels and entertainment venues.
