Farbman Group Moving Into New 93K SF HQ Office
Farbman Group, a full-service real estate firm, is moving into a 93,000-square-foot Class-A Yamasaki-designed office building at 31700 Middle Belt Road in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The building will serve as the new headquarters for Farbman Group as well as Healthrise, an IT services company.
“This Yamasaki-designed building with underground parking, large floorplates, and a campus-like setting is the perfect headquarters location for our current and future needs,” said Andrew Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “We see such a unique opportunity for our growing companies to come together in the same building, leading to better business synergy, efficiency and connection.”
This relocation comes as Farbman Group continues to grow and expand operations and services both locally and throughout the Midwest. The Farbman companies collectively will relocate into the new building later this year. The relocation includes sister companies Huntington Construction, FarbNET, Medical Real Estate Solutions, Huntington Maintenance Company and Apex Mechanical Solutions.
