Fantini & Gorga Arranges $2M Bridge Loan for Gloucester Condominium

Fantini & Gorga has provided a $1.8 million bridge loan for Good Harbor Beach Condominiums, a new single-floor living condo project in Gloucester.

Located at 78 Thatcher Rd., the community is located within walking distance to Good Harbor Beach and Long Beach. Each unit consists of two bedrooms and features a chef’s kitchen, gas fireplace, high ceilings, wrap-around windows and a deck. Amenities include a roof deck and fitness center.

Derek Coulombe and Lindsay Feig of Fantini & Gorga secured the financing on behalf of the undisclosed borrower. Terms of the financing included interest-only payment with a loan pay down and a low market rate.
