FanDuel Inks 68K-SF Office Lease at Atlanta’s Ponce City Market

Sports-tech entertainment company FanDuel has signed a 68,000-square-foot lease at Atlanta’s Ponce City Market. The company selected the historic and revitalized building in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood as the new technology hub for its software engineering, product development, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) teams.

The company plans to grow its Atlanta-based work force to approximately 900 colleagues over the next five years. The employees will be housed in a newly built-out space on the third floor of the building. FanDuel colleagues will benefit from a range of Ponce City Market amenities including direct access to the Atlanta Beltline, furnished corporate apartments, bike storage and child daycare center on-site, as well as an array of food, entertainment and wellness options.

“Over the last few years, Ponce City Market has become a major employment hub for the City of Atlanta,” said Matt Bronfman, CEO at Jamestown, the real estate investment and management company behind Ponce City Market. “FanDuel will add to that important distinction and further grow the property’s dynamic ecosystem of tech and creative class companies.”
