Fandango Nearly Doubles HQ in Beverly Hills Relocation
Fandango signed a 97,150-square-foot lease at Tishman Speyer’s 407 Maple in Beverly Hills, and plans to relocate its HQ there next summer. The online movie-ticket platform is nearly doubling its space commitment from its current office at 12200 W. Olympic Blvd.
The company is taking the top two floors in the 4-story, 168,442-square-foot office building formerly occupied by Fox Interactive Media. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fandango is experiencing rapid expansion, and needed new office space to accommodate its swelling workforce. Recent acquisitions by NBCUniversal’s Fandango include M-Go, Rotten Tomatoes, Flixster and Cinepapaya.
Cresa’s David Toomey and Brian Davies represented the tenant. Tishman Speyer’s John Ollen and Patrick Nally represented the landlord.
