Family Trust Snags San Diego Apartments
Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of a 10-unit apartment property located at 4127 Idaho St. in San Diego. The asset sold for $4,200,000.
“Despite various economic challenges, the demand for quality rental housing remains strong,” said Aaron Bove, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office. “This property is a testament to the market’s resilience and potential for growth.”
Bove and Casper Rooney, associate in the firm’s San Diego Del Mar office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Idaho 4127 Fund LLC. The buyer, The Fizzard Family Trust, was procured by Bove and Nathan Duffy.
With a 5,638-square-foot gross building area, the property features eight one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and two two-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
