Famed Glass Company seele Moves to Bryant Park Office Tower

The company that created the glass cube at the Apple Fifth Avenue store, seele, Inc., signed a lease for 4,500 square feet of space at 24 W. 40th St., an office building in Midtown Manhattan.

“This is an exceptional, sundrenched space with stunning views of Bryant Park,” said Jane Roundell with Cresa NY, who with Francesca Marrone arranged the lease for selle, which is also responsible for the glass canopies gracing the entrances at Lincoln Center, and the undulating roof that will crown the Moynihan Train Hall. The firm will relocate from 259 W. 30th St. in April 2018. Erik Harris and Zachary Weil of NKF, represented landlord, Harbor Group International.

“The new office is nearly double the size of the firm’s current space, and with the added benefit of convenient transportation access and a full-floor presence,” said Roundell.
