Falmouth Beachside Landmark Reimagined as Condo, Restaurant

Boston, MA-based Senné has reimagined the mixed-use building on 286 Grand Avenue in Falmouth, MA. The building, originally built in 2005, is now eight waterfront residential condominium units and a two-story, full-service, 5,352-square-foot restaurant.

The building is known for its iconic location at the finish line of the legendary Falmouth Road Race. It features views of the Vineyard Sound and a private beach in Cape Cod. Additional property amenities include a covered garage with 26-car capacity, a 54-space valet parking lot, and amazing access to the Cape Cod waterfront.
