Ashland Greene Capital recently acquired Fairway On The Park apartments in Tarrant County’s Haltom City. The property adds 402 units to the current portfolio of 2,000-plus apartments.

“Assets of this quality, size and location with true upside potential are few and far between in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. As competition from coastal capital heats up and prices rise, they have become even more difficult to find,” says Shakti C’Ganti, CEO of Ashland Greene.

Ashland Greene Capital will reposition this asset as Emmitt Luxury Apartments. Ashland Green Construction will oversee the property rehab. The company will utilize Ashland Greene Living to manage the day-to-day property operations, establish strong resident engagement and drive retention.
