Fairfield Properties Buys Rental Complex in Mount Sinai  

Fairfield Properties has acquired Sutton Landing, a 225-unit adult community in Mount Sinai, New York from B2K Development and Harrison Street. This marks the second property in a 425-unit portfolio.  

Designed for residents aged 55 and above, Sutton Landing at Mount Sinai offers garden-style apartments and single-story single-family rentals with amenities including a two-story resident clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor pool.  

CBRE represented the seller and procured the buyer with a team led by Jeff Dunne, Eric Apfel, Aron Will, John Sweeny and Scott Bray. CBRE also arranged the financing of the transaction via its Freddie Mac Optigo Lending Platform with a team led by Shawn Rosenthal, Jason Gaccione, Jake Salkovitz, Aron Will, Matthew Kuronen, and Michael Cregan.
