Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel in Indiana Trades Hands

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Fairfield Inn & Suites Southeast | Chicago, a 94-room hospitality property located in Hammond, Indiana. Ebrahim Valliani, First Vice President, and Michael Klar, Senior Associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani and Klar. Chris Gomes, Executive Managing Director, and Allan Miller, Senior Vice President, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers. Josh Caruana, the firm’s Broker of Record of Indiana, assisted in closing this transaction.

The Fairfield property is located at 7720 Corinne Drive, and the four-story hotel will undergo a full renovation to Marriott brand standards for a Fairfield Inn and Suites in the coming year. The Miller-Gomes Hotel Team of Marcus & Millichap has sold over 600 hotels across the nation since its inception.
