Fairfield Completes Mixed-Income Apartments in Peabody

Fairfield completed construction of Jayden Apartments, a newly developed mixed-income residential community at 7 Dearborn Rd. in Peabody, MA. The community of one- and two-bedroom apartments includes affordable units to meet the diverse needs of the area.

“With its prime location, well-designed floor plans, and expansive indoor and outdoor amenities, we believe Jayden provides an elevated residential experience in direct alignment with Fairfield’s purpose statement of creating better living for better lives,” said VP of development Robb Hewitt.

Now open for leasing, the property offers convenient access to local highways, retail, and outdoor recreation areas. Additionally, residents can avail themselves of a variety of community amenities designed for relaxation and recreation, including a heated saltwater pool and spa, a two-story fitness center with universal gym equipment and free weights, a social lounge with billiards and arcade games, a co-working lounge with communal workspace and coffee bar, and pet-friendly facilities.
