Fairfax Apartment Property Trades for $134M

The DSF Group has acquired the Wheelhouse Apartments of Fair Oaks, a 491-unit apartment property in Fairfax, VA. The sales price was $134 million. The seller was privately-owned international property group Grosvenor Americas

Located 20 miles outside of Washington D.C., the 13-acre property is nearby restaurants, a shopping center, and parks. The DSF Group plans an extensive interior renovation for the property. The property is located at 12105 Polo Drive.
