Facebook Unveils New Vision for 1.75M-SF Menlo Park Willow Village MXU Campus

Peninsula Innovation Partners, LLC and Signature Development Group resubmitted an updated project vision for Facebook, Inc.’s 1.75-million-square-foot Willow Village mixed-use campus in Menlo Park, CA. that could be home to as many as 8,750 employees. The updated 20-building project description and refined 59-acre site plan addressed on-site vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle circulation, along with modifications to the layout and footprints of the proposed mixed-use and office buildings.

The office campus has been further integrated into the 1,500-units of mixed-use neighborhood components, office parking has been consolidated into two structures, the number of hotel rooms is being increased to as many as 250, and the amount of neighborhood serving retail space has been boosted to roughly 200,000 square feet.

The Main Street and Town Square areas were modified to promote walkability, biking, and social gathering. The full-service grocery store and pharmacy have been relocated, and there’s a larger four-acre community park, playground, and recreation fields.
