Workers have finished the facade at 19 Park Place, a luxury tower nearly 300 feet tall – but just 25 feet wide.

“We’re excited to see the construction progress at 19 Park Place, and have the building take its shape and form on this challenging site,” said Ismael Leyva, president of Ismael Leyva Architects.

The 21-story building will include 24 condominiums, each with its own balcony, including 11 full-floor units and two duplex condominiums with rooftop terraces. The tiny site also includes a two-story lobby, a fitness center and a residential lounge. The condos are scheduled to open in late 2017.
