FA Commercial Reps Both Sides in $14M Off-Market Coral Gables Office Deal

FA Commercial has brokered an off-market deal in the $14-million sale in a seven-story office building in Coral Gables, FL.

FA Commercial’s Fabio Faerman and Sebastian Faerman represented both the buyer and seller. According to the duo, the property on 2000 Ponce De Leon Boulevard was a value-add deal with high vacancy and was an exclusive listing with only brokers involved in the deal.
