Tech Company Stackline Inks 58K SF Sublease at Seattle's F5 Tower

F5 Networks Signs $360M, 516K-SF Seattle HQ Lease

F5 Networks signed a 516,000-square-foot headquarters lease valued at $359.5 million at 810 Fifth Ave. in downtown Seattle. The 48-story building, which is being developed by Seattle-based Daniels Real Estate and San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group, will be named F5 Tower.

The technology leader will relocate from space it’s outgrown on Elliott Avenue West in the Interbay area, north of downtown Seattle, in early 2019, once tenant improvements are completed. The lower floors of the tower will house a Philippe Starck-designed SLS Hotel.

Site selection factors included excellent access to public transportation options and freeways, a wide range of employee amenities, and proximity to downtown conveniences, including hotel co-location.

Kinzer Partners’ Craig Kinzer represented F5 in its HQ search. JLL’s Stuart Williams and Joe Gowan represented the landlord.
