F21 Red, Grimaldi’s Come to Hillside Village

F21 Red and Grimaldi’s Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria Inc. are the latest tenants to set up shop in the 615,000-square-foot Hillside Village in Cedar Hill, TX. F21 Red opened a 17,484-square-foot store at the center, while  Grimaldi’s has taken down 6,500 square feet, and is open in the former Patrizio’s space.

F21 Red, launched by Forever 21 in 2014, is geared toward fashion staples for the whole family. In the meantime, Grimaldi’s, which specializes in New York-style pizza, came to the Trademark Property Co.-owned Hillside Village by request.

Hillside Village implemented a campaign involving the community to attract Grimaldi’s to the spot. More than 220 community members signed a banner when Grimaldi’s leadership visited, while more than 600 went to social media to express their support.

Hillside Village recently completed a multi-million-dollar property renovation and rebrand. The retail center is on Pleasant Run Road, one mile west of U.S. 67.
