EY Takes 600K-SF at One Manhattan West

Ernst & Young (EY) signed a lease for 600,000 square feet of office space at One Manhattan West, the 67-story, 2.1-million square foot office tower under construction on Manhattan’s Far West Side, developed by Brookfield.

“One Manhattan West, an inspiring, state-of-the-art environment in one of the best connected locations in the city, aligns with EY’s focus on innovation across all aspects of business,” said Richard Jeanneret, vice chair and Northeast region managing partner for EY.  Newmark Knight Frank represented EY in the transaction, according to reporting in the Real Deal.

EY also recently opened two “wavespace” centers in Manhattan’s Union Square and Chelsea neighborhoods “to help clients catch the next wave in radical breakthroughs in business transformation and tap into innovative thinking.”
