Extron Electronics Extends Lease in Manhattan’s Garment District 

Extron Electronics has signed a five-year lease extension for its 4,100 square feet space on the 8th floor at 247 West 37th Street, originally known as the Bricken Centre Building, in Manhattan’s Garment District.  

The space, which will be used for general and executive offices, has been occupied by the audiovisual equipment manufacturer since 2012. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented both the landlord and the tenant in the direct transaction. 247 West 37th Street is home to non-profit and fashion tenants such as JASA, Workmens Circle and The Settlement Housing Fund. The building recently underwent renovations.
