Extreme Amenities Highlight Camelback Office Redo
George Oliver has completed the renovation of a 287,000-square-foot office building at 32nd and Camelback. Called The Bond, Oliver took a hospitality approach to the office makeover. Think billiards and darts, a spa with men’s and women’s locker rooms, a yoga studio, a gym with premium weights, high-end food and beverage offerings, a speakeasy and a podcast studio. The renovation cost $60 million, about the same as the developer paid for the building three years ago.
Work-related alterations include 11 spec suites and six more in the design process. Additional add-ons include a 200-person training room and a glass-enclosed, 22-person boardroom suspended above a central three-story atrium.
Additional amenities at Bond include an on-site concierge, private networking events, mother’s rooms, a dog patio, car detailing, and EV chargers.JLL is managing leasing for Bond, which is at 3200 E. Camelback Road.
