Extra Space Storage Acquires 713-Unit Self-Storage Facility in Tampa

Extra Space Storage has acquired an 83,270-square-foot self-storage facility on Fowler Avenue in Tampa. The sales price was not disclosed.

The facility consists of 713 units and 27 covered recreational vehicle parking spaces. The property features four concrete construction buildings and is located nearby the corner of East Fowler Avenue and Walker Road.

Charles LeClaire and Adam Schlosser of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction, a joint venture between Florida-based Flagship Companies Group and Chicago-based Blue Vista Capital Management. The buyer, Extra Space Storage, currently manages the property.
