Extended Stay Hotel Coming to Pima Medical Campus
An investor group has purchased nearly two acres at the Pima Medical Campus on Grant and Craycroft in Tucson to build a 122-room extended-stay hotel. The campus has numerous medical offices from various specialties and is home to the thriving Pima Medical Institute. WSA Arizona-Tucson paid $1.2 million property for what will be a WoodSpring Extended Stay Hotel.
The seller was an affiliate of Rio West Development of Tucson. The site is less than a mile from Tucson Medical Center.
Features and amenities include:
- A kitchen in every room, including full-size refrigerator with freezer, two-burner stovetop, and microwave.
- Clean and fresh bedding, comfortable seating, flat panel TVs, desk space, and eating area.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- 24/7 laundry and vending facilities.
- Signature locations may also feature additional amenities, like fitness centers and lobby coffee service.
