Extell Development Acquires Iconic Four Seasons Resort and Club

Extell Development bought the 431-key Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. The Manhattan-based buyer came to an agreement with Blackstone Real Estate Advisors for the property, which has, in the past, been known for hosting the annual Byron Nelson Championship golf tournament.

The sales price for the Irving, TX hotel was undisclosed. Blackstone acquired the asset, at 4150 N. MacArthur Blvd. in 2014 for $150 million, and invested more than $4 million in upgrades during its hold. The award-winning Four Seasons delivered in 1984, and underwent major renovations and additions in the late 1990s and early 2000s. It has won national awards for its accommodations and spa facilities.
