Experience Senior Living to Deliver 26-Story Residence Amid Bethesda’s Strathmore Square

Experience Senior Living has released plans for a 26-story senior living community in Strathmore Square in North Bethesda, MD.

The senior housing developer plans to break ground in Q4 2023 on The Reserve at Strathmore Square, a 300,000-square-foot property with 240 units offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. The facility will be located at the Grosvenor-Strathmore Red Line Metro station between the Metro parking garage and historic Rock Creek Park.

The development will offer a swimming pool, pickleball court, wellness suite with smart fitness room, spa, professional salon, massage, elevated outdoor spaces including a private memory care courtyard, multiple dining venues, a bar, technology/business center, sky lounge and amenity space with performing arts components.

The larger Strathmore Square project will be a visionary arts-centric community that emphasizes immersive culture and lifelong learning. It will encompass more than 2,000 planned residential units, approximately 35,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 1.25-acre central park.
