Expansion Unveiled for AT&T Hotel & Conference Center

New York architectural firm Ennead Architects unveiled images for major change at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center at the University of Texas-Austin campus. The renovation calls for 30,000 square feet of floor space to be added to the event center. Also on tap will be the Zlotnik Family Ballroom, a flexible, 15,000-square-foot event space.

The location, at 1900 University Ave., is part of the McCombs School of Business Rowling Hall development. An additional nine new meeting rooms will connect to the conference center through an enclosed walkway.

The new space is expected to open in January 2018.
