Expansion Proposed at North Dallas’ Lincoln Centre

New York-based TIAA is seeking to expand Lincoln Centre with a fourth office tower at the 33-acre site in North Dallas. A 390,000-square-foot office project is proposed on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway, at 5450 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway.

Lincoln Centre is a more than 1.6-million-square-foot office complex that already includes three office towers and a 500-room Hilton hotel. The new 16-story project would include a multi-level parking garage to replace surface parking.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Schendle and Clint Madison are marketing the planned tower.

Construction on the new building is envisioned to start in January 2018, with delivery slated for 2020. It has been more than a decade since a development of this size has been built in the area. TIAA acquired Lincoln Centre in 2005.
