EXP Relocates to West Houston’s Westway Plaza
EXP, which provides engineering, architecture, design and consulting services to the energy industry, relocated to a new office near Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket. The company moved to 27,905 square feet at Westway Plaza, 11330 Clay Rd., from 1800 W. Loop South.
JLL’s Eugene Terry represented the tenant in the lease.

Westway Plaza is a 313,420-square-foot, Class A office building situated two miles northwest of the Energy Corridor. The Aztec Fund Inc., a private Mexican equity fund, acquired the asset from Transwestern Development Co. in 2018.
