Exhibit and Display Maker Relocates Operations to North Side

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International VP Terry Lynch, in conjunction with SVN Chicago industrial representative Sean Sloan, represented building owner Knox Avenue Realty LLC in its lease of 45,621 square feet at 4350 Knox Ave. on Chicago’s North Side to Phoenix Fabricators LLC dba Boomerang Exhibits. The exhibit and display manufacturer is moving operations from its previous location on the city’s Southwest Side.

“The tenant was attracted to the property because it is a freestanding building with immediate access to I-90/94,” said Lynch. “This is our third transaction on the same block of Knox Avenue in as many years.  Transportation wise, this is a great location.”

The property has convenient access to all forms of transportation, including the CTA Blue Line, Metra Milwaukee District North Line, O’Hare International Airport, and major interstate highways.

Vestian Global Workplace’s Chris McKone and Becca Lundstrom represented the tenant.
