Exeter Picks Up Lake Zurich Facility in Sale-Leaseback

Entre Commercial Realty recently represented Exeter Property Group in the purchase of a 122,048-square-foot high-image facility in Lake Zurich, IL from 1300 Rose Road LLC. The purchase price was not disclosed; the property is occupied primarily by Powernail Company.

The seller will be leasing back approximately 65% of the facility on a long-term lease, while the remaining portion of the building has another tenant in place. Built in 2005, the property features 28’ clear height, expansion land and low Lake County taxes.

Brian Bocci of Entre represented Exeter in this transaction. Kris Keller of Keller Williams worked on behalf of the seller.
