Exeter Claims Charlotte Industrial Park for $49M
Conshohocken, PA-based Exeter Property Group acquired RiverOaks Corporate Center, a two-building, Class A industrial park totaling 453,206 square feet in Concord, NC from Beacon Partners for $49.2 million. The deal also includes three land sites for future development at the 119-acre site in the north Charlotte suburb.
The asset currently includes a 309,536-square-foot facility at 8475 Automation Dr. and a 143,670-square-foot building at 800 Derita Rd. The pre-graded development sites are at 700 Derita, 8400 and 8500 Automation, which could accommodate another 892,997 square feet.
Completed in 2016, the existing Class A buildings feature best-in-class construction with 24-to 32-foot clear heights. The center in Charlotte’s Cabarrus County submarket is adjacent to Concord Regional Airport and is located along Interstate 85, the Southeast’s industrial backbone.
