Exegistics Government Solutions shook hands with Billingsley Co. to continue its stay at 2130 French Settlement Rd. on Dallas’ far east side. The company inked a renewal deal to remain in its 59,517 square-foot industrial space at the Turnpike Distribution Center.

Sean Smith and Jade Scott with Whitebox Real Estate represented the tenant. Carter Crow with Younger Partners was on hand for the landlord. According to Whitebox, Exegistics, which had been at the current location since 2015, had examined comparable options in the submarket, but opted to remain in place.

“The renewal terms align perfectly with the Exegistics business model, allowing them to focus on their core business, and not their real estate,” the Whitebox brokers said. “With 1.3 million square feet under construction in the submarket, in addition to the one million square feet delivered in 2019, our client knew the importance of securing their ideal space at a great rate, while allowing for flexibility.”
