Executive Leadership Council Honors JLL’s Herman Bulls

JLL’s Herman Bulls, vice chairman, Americas, has been honored with The Executive Leadership Council’s (ELC) 2020 Achievement Award. The accolade recognizes an African American leader whose career achievements highlight personal and professional excellence with noteworthy business success.

“Herman is one of the most genuine, sincere and well-respected members of the ELC,” said Crystal E. Ashby, ELC’s interim president and CEO. “I’ve had the pleasure of knowing him in my various capacities in the organization. His prioritization of the ELC, coupled with his vast accomplishments are continually applauded by his fellow members. His longstanding commitment to the ELC should be a model for all.”

In 31-plus years at JLL, Washington, DC-based Bulls founded the Public Institutions Business Unit and has worked in the areas of development, investment management, asset management, facilities operations and business development/retention. Currently, Bulls works with JLL’s largest public and corporate clients on integrated real estate strategies.

David is a media veteran with more than 10 years of experience in journalism, copywriting and communications across a variety of roles.
