Exec Search Firm Expands, Relocates Office at Carlson Center in MN
Executive search firm SkyWater Search Partners is set to relocate and expand its office space at The 601 Tower at Carlson Center located in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
The deal, brokered by Colliers’ John McCarthy and Laura Moore, encompassed a long-term lease with the property’s landlord, covering over 12,000 square feet. “We are thrilled to have played a role in securing this transformative space for SkyWater Search Partners,” said Moore.
The 250-acre Carlson Center campus is located just eight miles west of downtown Minneapolis at the intersection of I-494 and I-394. The Carlson Company developed the iconic 16-floor, 257,000-square-foot buildings, which are a landmark in the western Twin Cities.
