Excel Courier and FASTSIGNS Herndon to Rent 16k-SF in Ashburn Crossing 

Excel Courier & Logistics and FASTSIGNS Herndon will take 16,000 square feet of space in Ashburn Crossing in Loudoun County, Virginia. The single-story building will deliver 43,620 square feet of flex/R&D space later this year.  

Excel Courier will relocate one of its locations and approximately 30 employees to Ashburn Crossing, while FASTSIGNS Herndon is moving due to the sale of its current building.  

St. John Properties initiated speculative development activities in 2021, delivering two buildings earlier this year and now leasing the third. Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord in both transactions. Chase Stewart of KLNB represented FASTSIGNS Herndon and Leland Middleton of Savills represented Excel Courier in these lease transactions.
