Exact Capital Expands Executive Team

Exact Capital, a Midtown-based development firm active in Northern Manhattan and the Bronx, has expanded its executive team and moved to larger Manhattan offices. The moves occur as its business “is growing significantly by all metrics, including geographically,” said Craig Livingston, Exact’s managing partner.

The new Exact Capital executives include:

• Paul O’Brien, CFO; joined from Youngwoo & Associates, where he served as CFO/controller
• Alvaro Diaz, controller; joined from Consolidated Carpet where he also served as controller
• Andrew Giglio, VP of real estate development; joined from the Community Preservation Corporation
• Kaishrie Misir, director of asset management; joined from the Rizzo Group, where she served as project manager.

“Our team’s diverse perspectives and deep expertise cuts across all aspects of the real estate development cycle,” said Livingston. “This allows us to achieve high levels of effectiveness throughout our portfolio, and enables us to seek development opportunities in additional markets.”
