Ex-Silverstein CEO Marty Burger Starts New Firm
Marty Burger has launched Infinity Global Real Estate Partners, a company focusing on real estate development, acquisitions, financing, and fund management in the U.S. Partnering with Andrew Farkas’ Island Capital Group, Infinity Global will pursue projects including office-to-residential conversions, mixed-use developments, and under-capitalized properties. They will also establish a debt platform for operating properties and new developments.
Burger, formerly CEO of Silverstein Properties, led the company’s operations from 2010-2023, overseeing projects like the World Trade Center and the Four Seasons Walt Disney World. Before Silverstein, Burger founded Artisan Real Estate Ventures and held roles at The Related Companies, L.P., focusing on developments such as the Time Warner Center. Burger is active on various real estate boards and serves as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute.
“From development of world-class projects, to acquiring great operating assets and building platforms for debt and other real estate investment strategies, there are outstanding opportunities for the firm across the industry,” said Burger, CEO of Infinity Global.
