EverWest Expands SoCal Footprint with Orange Acquisition
Denver-based EverWest Real Estate Investors, in partnership with Chilean-based fund manager Frontal Trust, purchased the 999 Town & Country office property in Orange, CA from San Diego-based Westcore Properties for roughly $32 million. The purchase brings EverWest’s West Coast 2018 acquisition activity to $225 million.
EverWest’s Erik Good says, “The Town & Country building has been occupied by the same tenant for two decades. That commitment was recently reaffirmed through a new 10-year lease for the building’s first three floors.”
The newly renovated 98,907-square-foot building at 999 W. Town and Country Rd. is 74% leased to a long-time, single-credit occupant. The top floor is 100% vacant, offering a rare block of contiguous available space in the high-demand Orange office market.
HFF’s Derreck Barker and Michael Leggett represented Westcore Properties. The buyer was self-represented.
