Everlast Relocates HQ to Nomad

Everlast, a manufacturer of boxing, MMA and fitness equipment, has relocated to NoMad’s 13-15 West 27th Street, marking the site as the brand’s new 5,909-square-foot US headquarters.

Kaufman’s Michael Heaner and Elliot Warren managed the lease for the landlord, while Jonathan Anapol of Prime Manhattan Realty represented Everlast, securing the space at $65 per square foot.

“Located in the heart of NoMad, 13-15 West 27th Street is surrounded by an array of restaurants and shopping and offers commuters easy access to multiple subway lines and bus stops,” said Warren.
