Evergreen Devco has broken ground on The Homestead at Lehi, a $62.5 million project at 2261 E. McDowell Road in Mesa. The 222-unit, three-story garden-style property will feature one- and two-bedroom units averaging 922 square feet.

The development will include amenities such as a spa, fitness center, dog park, pet spa, co-working lounge, electric vehicle charging stations. MT Builders serves as the general contractor, while BMA Architecture provided the architectural design.

Construction is expected to be completed August of 2027, with initial leasing anticipated to begin February of 2026. The development will provide more than 300 construction jobs during the building phase.

Evergreen Devco has built eight multifamily communities totaling 2,100 units in metro Phoenix since first building Park 28 at 4114 N. 28th St. in Phoenix in 2014.
