Everett Unveils Plans for $120M Outdoor Event Center
The City of Everett has shared the preliminary site plan that provides an aerial view of the proposed Outdoor Event Center site, a $120 million ballpark and soccer venue.
The plans highlight key stadium features, including the stadium blueprint, renderings of public plazas and entrances along Broadway, a dedicated festival street, pedestrian connections, and improved access routes surrounding the site. The plans also show connections to Everett Station and access to adjacent properties, as well as a dedicated pedestrian trail.
The Everett City Council recently took several key actions that allow the Everett Outdoor Event Center project to keep moving forward, such as actions focused on design, property acquisition and securing funding. Additionally, the council voted to approve spending an additional $10.6 million on the downtown stadium project. The new venue will serve as the home of the Everett AquaSox and United Soccer League franchises.
