Evercore Inks 95K SF at Park Avenue Plaza 

Fisher Brothers has announced that Evercore, an independent investment banking advisory firm, has expanded its presence by 95,000 square feet across floors 39 through 41 at Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown.  

Evercore will now occupy over half a million square feet in the Midtown tower. Park Avenue Plaza, a 45-story tower owned by Fisher Brothers. The building has earned LEED Platinum certification, WELL Health-Safety Rating certification, and ongoing ENERGY STAR certification. 

Marc S. Packman, Charles P. Laginestra, Clark Briffel and Josh Fisher at Fisher Brothers led negotiations for Fisher Brothers in the transaction. Alan Desino from Colliers represented Evercore.
