Event Rental Leader Inks Office Deal with Sanzari

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has inked a lease with Party Rental Ltd. for 9,549 square feet at Heights Plaza, 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. One of the country’s leading event rental services companies, providing rental products to over 55,000 events annually, the tenant has been based in northern New Jersey since its founding in the 1970s.

Party Rental Ltd. currently houses over three million rental items in a 300,000-square-foot industrial building at 295 North St. in Teterboro, NJ. The Heights Plaza space will house operations and administrative teams in proximity to the distribution center.

“In a highly-competitive office market, Heights Plaza stands out for providing the ideal combination of accessibility, stability and affordability that can often be difficult for businesses to find in this area,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Sanzari. The property is located at the intersection of I-80 and Route 17.
