Event Design Firm Relocates to Frederick with Two New Leases 

Syzygy Events International, a special event design company, has signed two leases with St. John Properties for over 21,000 square feet of space at Arcadia Business Park in Frederick, Maryland.  

The woman-owned company relocated its corporate headquarters and design and construction teams from Gaithersburg to a 15,641-square-foot space at 4754 Arcadia Drive. They also leased an additional 6,000 square feet of storage space at 4724 Arcadia Drive. The company offers full-service event planning and execution for clients, including corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.  

Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord. Tim Shanklin of Tyler Duncan Realty Partners represented the client in both transactions.
