Evelyn Capital Pays Discounted Price for Franklin Office Building
Evelyn Capital bought Two Greenway Centre in Franklin for $31 million. TA Realty was the seller of the building, which last sold for $43.5 million.
The 156,000 square foot office building was developed by Crescent Communities. The building debuted in 1987.
At the time of the last sale in 2019, the Nashville Business Journal reported that it marked the largest office sale in Cool Springs history. The record has since been broken.
The transaction also marks another good deal for Evelyn Capital. The investor group acquired downtown’s Philips Plaza office tower for $17 million in 2024, a $94 million loss from its previous sale.
The firm also owns the Lakeview Place office portfolio, which offers around 382,000 square feet of office space across three buildings.
Crews Johnston and Samir Idris of the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield sold the property, and Frank Thomasson at CBRE is the new leasing broker.
